Job Title: AML Analyst Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: This is a hybrid role and requires to be onsite(3 days) Contract Duration: ASAP Start - October 31, 2026 Pay Rate: $23/hr (Training Rate for first 4 weeks) | $34/hr (Production Rate) Employment Type: T4 Contract

About the Role We are seeking an experienced AML Analyst to support day-to-day Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations, reviewing potentially suspicious activity, performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and supporting regulatory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day activities associated with the AML program. Conduct transaction monitoring reviews and investigations. Gather and analyze information to support AML case investigations. Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews. Draft and file regulatory reporting as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide recommendations and findings to AML leadership. Support ongoing AML compliance initiatives and special projects.

Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Transaction Monitoring (mandatory). Strong experience with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) (mandatory). Solid understanding of FINTRAC guidelines and regulatory requirements. Experience conducting AML investigations and case reviews. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience Previous experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Compliance environments. Experience with regulatory reporting and suspicious activity investigations.
