Position Overview About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Intermediate Financial Accountant to support our dynamic team, with a focus on our Mexico operations. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for variety of accounting tasks supporting the team. Your pride will be in staying focused and handling a lot of detailed information as well as a variety of tasks will be a vital part as you learn and grow within this diverse and interesting position.
Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle accounting
- Month End Financial Statement preparation
- Reporting and compliance with IMSS and SAT
Skills & Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the Mexican regulations, including applicable tax regulations, compliance requirements, payroll-related processes and REPSE.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills and knowledge in relevant office software applications (such as Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, charts and graphs, lookup tables, formulas, and filtering)
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Motivated with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

Compensation
The salary for this role is based on an average of 37.5 hours a week. The estimated range is between $55,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
