Responsibilities

Lead all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee cost accounting Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and credit/ collection processes Lead the annual budgeting process across departments Ensure compliance with Canadian tax regulations Act as the finance lead for ERP systems. Lead and mentor the accounting team Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align financial and operational objectives

Requirements

CPA designation Bachelor’s degree Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems Strong understanding of Canadian tax regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial information into business insights.
