We're looking for a relationship-focused lending professional to join our Lambton Quay team. As a Home Ownership Manager, you'll help customers achieve their home ownership goals by delivering tailored lending solutions and exceptional service. You'll build lasting relationships, create new opportunities, and make a meaningful impact in your local community.
What you'll be doing
Managing and growing a pipeline of home lending opportunities Building strong relationships with customers, branch teams and referral partners Supporting customers with lending solutions, from first-home buyers through to more complex lending needs Having meaningful financial conversations and identifying opportunities to add value Delivering excellent customer outcomes while effectively managing lending risk

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and confident in their lending capability.
You'll Have
Home lending experience within the banking or financial services industry Strong knowledge of lending products, policies and responsible lending requirements A proven ability to build trusted customer relationships A proactive approach to generating and converting opportunities Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills A growth mindset and desire to continually develop your expertise
