Marketing & Client Services Assistant (Undergraduate) — M7 Group Inc. M7 Group Inc. is a cross-border accounting, tax, and advisory firm serving clients in Canada and the United States. We are looking for a motivated marketing undergraduate to join our Concord office and support both our digital presence and front office operations. Location 7250 Keele Street, Suite 391, Concord, Ontario This is an in-person role. Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily. Remote work is not available for this position. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm About the Role You will be the first point of contact for our clients and a key contributor to our social media presence. This role blends marketing execution with reception and client triage responsibilities in a fast paced accounting office. What You Will Do Marketing Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Support brand awareness campaigns and track engagement metrics Assist with copywriting for posts and promotional material Business Development Make outbound calls to prequalify inbound leads before they are routed to the sales team Log lead information and outcomes in our CRM Reception and Client Services Greet clients arriving at the office and manage front desk coverage Triage client questions and direct them to the appropriate team member Support day to day office coordination What We Are Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation Confident on the phone with a professional and friendly manner Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in person at our office Experience with Odoo CRM is an asset but not required Must be legally able to work in Canada Why M7 Group Join a growing cross-border firm with exposure to accounting, tax, technology, and client experience all in one role.
