About the role

Description

At Redbrick, we believe great businesses are built by great people — and that includes the teams behind the numbers. As a Finance Co-op on our Shared Services team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations that help our portfolio companies thrive. From accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations, expense management, and month-end support, you’ll play a meaningful role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is an exciting opportunity to build practical accounting and finance experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where curiosity and growth are encouraged. You’ll work alongside supportive teammates, learn modern finance tools and processes, and develop a strong foundation in operational finance while contributing to real business impact.

If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of solving problems with a passionate and good-humoured team, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
    • Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards

    • Communicate with portfolio companies on expense submissions
  • Month-End Support
