About the role
"Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments. • Experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring (or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools). • Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring. • Strong knowledge of SQL, including querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis. • Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support activities. Domain Expertise • Experience in Capital Markets domain. • Prior exposure to supporting applications used by Trading Desks, Front Office, Middle Office, or Quantitative teams. • Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, and financial products is highly preferred. Communication Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, traders, quants, and technical teams. • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments. • Experience with Grafana monitoring and observability tools. • Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Script or Python."
