Build Communities. Shape the Future. The Finance Specialist supports the Finance department through accurate recordkeeping, reconciliations, contract tracking, and financial administration. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role helps ensure efficient, transparent, and reliable municipal services while contributing to the R.M. of Corman Parks growing organization and commitment to service excellence. What Youll Do Support audits, financial records maintenance, and ERP data analysis. Provide backup support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions. Maintain records for deposits, bonds, Letters of Credit, and contract tracking systems. Coordinate VOC submissions and overdue ticket collections with Bylaw Court and Bylaw Officers. Support the water utility fob system, including reconciliations and discrepancy investigations. Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and assist with process improvements.
