Senior Financial Advisor / Wealth Advisor Location: Burlington, ON (In-Office with Flexibility)

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus / Profit Share (Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with an established book of business)

What Will You Do? Build and maintain trusted relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. Deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions, including retirement, estate, tax, investment, insurance, and wealth preservation strategies. Provide investment recommendations aligned with each client's goals, objectives, and risk tolerance. Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships while attracting new assets to the practice. Collaborate with internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience. Mentor and coach junior advisors by sharing industry knowledge, best practices, and financial planning expertise. Support succession planning initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Stay current on industry regulations, market trends, and financial planning strategies.

What Do You Bring? 8+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory services. CFP®, CIM®, CFA®, PFP®, or another recognized financial planning/investment designation. Demonstrated success managing and growing a portfolio of affluent or high-net-worth clients. Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing other advisors. Collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a team-first culture. Existing book of business is considered a strong asset but is not required.
