Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Change Management Analyst-Credit Administration/Lending. This position involves driving transformation initiatives, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across credit processing services.
Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for key transformation projects. Lead project planning, design, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational standardization. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement. Design and deliver effective communication and training materials to support change adoption. Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies to facilitate smooth transitions. Monitor change effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and assess impacts of changes. Ensure inclusive and scalable change initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Desired Skill-Set
5+ years of experience in change management within complex operational environments. Proven ability to lead transformation projects and implement process improvements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in financial services, particularly credit processing or lending operations. Ability to develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience designing training and communication materials. Familiar with project management principles and tools. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow tools. Prior banking or financial industry experience. Exposure to large IT infrastructure projects. Knowledge of Clarity project management. Familiarity with policies and procedures within a banking environment.
