What you need to bring! · Positive attitude · Strong work ethic · Coachable · Have a desire to start your own business. · You are an effective listener and have great communication skills. · Have your LLQP license or be willing to get it. (we will help you)
What we do for you! · We train you from the ground up and help you get licensed if you are new to the industry. · We do hands on field training and hold your hand until you are comfortable on your own. · We provide ongoing training and support and continuing education. · We have an amazing support system, with interactive scheduled, process and product training, multiple times per week · This is a 100% commissioned based position, with an industry leading compensation plan. · Unique TriBrid business model · Help you build a run your own office in 18 – 24 Months that will generate income even when you are on vacation.
Day to day responsibilities: • Scheduling appointments with clients and running meetings from home over video conference • Taking part in weekly Zoom calls with the greater team • Carrying out relevant back-end admin work to ensure that your clients have an excellent experience with Experior Financial Group
The Rewards: In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package along with some excellent job perks. Part-time entry-level representatives can earn $50,000 while full time management positions can pay $100,000+ in your first year.
