Hands on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS , CICS Experience in testing and deployment of code into various test and production environments 3+ years experience in leading multiple teams with at least 5 members in a team Knowledge about Agile and Scrum Good understanding of release pipeline and Knowledge of usage of REXX tools and IBM utilities Good communication skills
