Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Financial Analyst, Reporting, on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:

Support the preparation of FCL's external financial statements, note disclosures, reconciliations, and year-end reporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prepare and maintain accounting for leases, capitalized interest, and other assigned reporting areas, including quarterly reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting activities.

Complete annual impairment assessments, prepare supporting documentation and technical accounting position papers for audit purposes.

Assist in preparing Finance Annual General Meeting (AGM) materials, including supporting documentation.

Support quarterly Board reporting processes through reconciliations, roll-forwards, and validation of financial information.

Provide financial reporting support across the Corporate Accounting and Finance teams, including assisting with tax reporting initiatives and other special projects as required.
Who you’ll work with: The Team: Reporting to the Manager, External Reporting, you'll work closely with the External Reporting, Corporate Accounting, and Tax teams while collaborating with Finance leaders and business partners across FCL. Together, you'll help deliver accurate financial reporting, support regulatory compliance, and provide meaningful financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Finance and:
- Have 1–3 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably with exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or Business Degree with a major in Accounting.
