JLL provides investment brokerage and advisory services to institutions, public companies, fund managers, financial institutions, and property developers. We are currently seeking Capital Markets Support Analyst to join our JLL Capital Markets team in Toronto. The selected candidate will primarily be involved with the underwriting of commercial real estate opportunities, while assisting in other day-to-day activities including preparation of proposals and marketing materials, market research, and other due diligence related tasks. Please note, this is a fixed-term position. What your day-to-day will look like: Critically analyze financial data and review property related documents including budgets, rent rolls, recovery schedules, amortization schedules, and lease documents Build and analyze financial models efficiently, utilizing Excel in the underwriting of commercial real estate investment opportunities Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables Cultivate new leads using various online market research tools Analyze public policy, planning and zoning framework in select circumstances Prepare and draft proposals and offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits Assist with due diligence and closing process for commercial real estate transactions Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Real Estate related fields 2+ years of work experience in Finance or Real Estate with proficiency in commercial real estate analysis Experience with construction and land financing is preferred Financial analysis and market research experience is required Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into relevant and coherent deliverables Outstanding computer skills and excellent working knowledge in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment What's In It For You: Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate Deep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your work A supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-being Estimated compensation for this position: 65,000.00 – 75,000.00 CAD per year This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ.
