Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Mississauga. The Pricing Coordinator is accountable for maintaining the integrity of the pricing database for Corporate Accounts. Responsibilities include; new price calculations, review existing prices, analyze profitability, and review/implement customer specific deviated vendor contracts, and create/maintain price lists. Responsibilities: Interacts with all internal Stakeholders; Program Managers, Account Management Coordinators, Customer Experience, Accounts Receivable and Control Department for information relative to pricing and tax discrepancies and vendor contracted cost. Activate initial setup of all pricing and tax for assigned Corporate Accounts. Ongoing maintenance of additions/updates, code changes, applying rebates. Review cost changes and provide pricing analysis according to customer specific contracts/agreements. Generate custom reports for Internal and External stakeholders. Investigate pricing anomalies and errors. Input, update and distribute vendor contracted cost data and documentation as required. Monthly Price Page maintenance. Customer specific contract maintenance. Maintain tax information for assigned accounts in accordance with Provincial and Federal tax guidelines. Focus on margin enhancement and margin erosion; work with Corporate Account and Program Managers to alleviate potential cost exposure. Review Discrepancy Reports to ensure cost accuracy and margin stabilization across Canada. Communicate with vendors on customer deviated costing for contract changes while maintaining specified lead times. Team player who demonstrates a willingness to coach, train, and mentor peers. Supports a continuous improvement mindset and shares and implements enhancement ideas. Other related duties, special projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in a Finance based position; Accounting, Data Processing or Pricing is preferred. 1-3 years Post secondary education related to Business/Business Administration required. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with Advanced knowledge of Excel: pivot tables, calculations, Excel Formulae, recording macros and MS Access. Self-starter, takes ownership and demonstrates a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to change. Demonstrates excellent investigative, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills. Exhibit a high level of motivation, sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of Imperial Dade specific customer programs and program requirements is an asset. Customer Service Experience is an asset. Working/Other Conditions: Hybrid work model.
