About PropertyGrowth PropertyGrowth (propertygrowth.io) is an AI-enabled real estate investment platform helping investors discover, analyze, and act on off-market and pre-MLS deals faster. Our platform combines deal aggregation, built-in investment analysis (ROI, cap rate, cash flow), and a marketplace connecting investors with developers. We're currently in growth phase, scaling from soft launch toward a funded next stage.
About the Role We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Advisor to join our advisory board and help shape our go-to-market and growth strategy. This is a part-time, equity-based advisory position — not a full-time employee role and not a fiduciary board seat.
Responsibilities Advise on go-to-market strategy, channel prioritization, and audience targeting Provide guidance on sales process and positioning for investors, agents, and developers Review and give feedback on marketing content, campaigns, and growth channels (SEO, social, partnerships) Make introductions to relevant industry contacts, partners, or early customers where appropriate Participate in periodic strategy check-ins (approx. 2–4 hours/week)
Qualifications Proven track record scaling marketing and/or sales for a startup, proptech company, or real estate-related business Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C growth strategy Experience advising early-stage companies preferred Familiarity with the Canadian real estate or investment landscape a plus
Compensation Equity-based advisory grant, commensurate with involvement and experience. No cash compensation at this stage.
