En tant que spécialiste des inventaires, vous contribuerez directement à la disponibilité du matériel, à la performance opérationnelle et à l'efficacité financière de l'usine. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse des niveaux de stock, de la gestion du programme de comptage cyclique et de l'amélioration continue des processus liés à la gestion des inventaires. En collaborant étroitement avec les équipes des achats, de la planification, des finances et de l'entrepôt, vous contribuerez à maintenir des données fiables et à soutenir une chaîne d'approvisionnement performante dans un environnement manufacturier dynamique. Comment vous contribuerez Gérer et exécuter le programme de comptage cyclique conformément aux standards de l'entreprise. Analyser les écarts d'inventaire, effectuer les investigations requises et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives appropriées. Assurer l'intégrité des transactions liées aux mouvements de matériel dans SAP. Analyser les niveaux de stock et recommander des actions visant à optimiser la disponibilité du matériel et le fonds de roulement. Réviser et optimiser les paramètres d'inventaire dans SAP, incluant les stocks de sécurité, points de commande et tailles de lots. Assurer le suivi des stocks excédentaires, obsolètes ou à faible rotation et proposer des plans d'action adaptés. Développer et maintenir les indicateurs de performance liés à l'exactitude des inventaires et à leur gestion. Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles afin de soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation des processus. Responsable d’assurer la conformité aux réglementations, procédures et lignes directrices internes et externes applicables. Votre profil Le candidat doit déjà posséder une autorisation de travail lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Énergie au Canada. Formation collégiale ou universitaire en gestion des opérations, logistique, approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe. Min 3-5 ans expérience en gestion des inventaires, planification du matériel ou approvisionnement dans un environnement manufacturier. Très bonne connaissance de SAP, notamment des modules liés à l’approvisionnements et gestion des inventaires. Excellente maîtrise d'Excel; une connaissance de Power BI constitue un atout. Solides compétences en analyse de données, résolution de problèmes et amélioration des processus. Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec plusieurs équipes dans un environnement manufacturier. The Opportunity At Hitachi Energy, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the efficiency of our manufacturing operations. As an Inventory Specialist, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, optimize material availability, and contribute to the operational and financial performance of the facility. You will serve as a subject matter resource for inventory processes and SAP inventory management practices while supporting cycle counting activities, inventory analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Warehouse teams, you will help ensure reliable inventory data that supports business performance and customer commitments. How You'll Make an Impact Manage and execute the site cycle count program in accordance with company standards. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy. Ensure the integrity of SAP transactions related to material movements. Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize working capital, service levels, and inventory accuracy. Review and optimize inventory management parameters within SAP, including safety stock, reorder points, and lot sizes. Monitor excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and recommend appropriate action plans. Develop and maintain reporting and key performance indicators related to inventory management and accuracy. Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and inventory process optimization initiatives. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada. College diploma or university degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3-5 years’ work experience in inventory management, material planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment. SAP expert particularly Inventory Management & procurement processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability in data analysis, problem solving, and process improvement. Strong collaboration and communication skills within a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
