Reporting to the VP of Finance, you’ll act as a financial business partner to the corporate function and the group’s various subsidiaries. Your primary role is to support financial performance analysis, financial planning, investment projects, and strategic initiatives by providing rigorous analyses, concrete recommendations, and management tools that enable better decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

Performance Analysis and Value Creation

Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for corporate management. Analyze the financial results of subsidiaries and identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities. Conduct profitability analyses by subsidiary, product, customer, market, or project. Develop financial assessments to help understand the true business challenges. Prepare clear and structured recommendations for corporate management and subsidiary teams. Contribute to the development of the group’s performance metrics and analysis standards.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning

Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support management decisions. Support the evolution of financial planning and rolling forecast processes. Support medium- and long-term strategic and financial planning exercises. Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.

Capital Allocation, CAPEX, and Strategic Projects

Prepare financial analyses related to investments and CAPEX projects. Evaluate the expected return on projects: ROI, cash flow impacts, and value created. Support the prioritization of the investment portfolio. Participate in analyses of strategic projects, transformations, or growth initiatives. Develop robust financial models that are easy to explain to stakeholders.

Cash Flow, Financing, and External Partners

Prepare analyses related to liquidity, debt, financing, and financial structure. Contribute to the preparation of documents for banks, government agencies, and other financial partners. Produce clear financial summaries to support renewals, credit applications, grants, and external follow-ups. Support the VP of Finance on various corporate matters with financial implications.

BI, Automation, and Financial Transformation

Develop, improve, and maintain Power BI dashboards. Automate certain reports or tracking using advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, or other tools. Collaborate with the Data/BI teams to improve the quality, reliability, and availability of financial data. Participate in financial transformation initiatives aimed at standardizing, simplifying, and professionalizing the group’s analyses.

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field 2 to 5 years of relevant experience Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial analysis, and investment Advanced Excel, financial modeling, Power BI, Power Automate
