Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing applications, managing renewals, and handling policy changes and documentation. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with claims-related questions, and maintaining accurate records in the agency management system. The Insurance Broker will collaborate with colleagues and carriers to stay current on insurance products, pricing, and compliance requirements, while continuously developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Personal lines insurance products Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional, empathetic approach in all client interactions. Relevant provincial insurance licensing, and experience in a brokerage or similar insurance setting is preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with proficiency in common office and insurance software systems. Ability to work on-site in LaSalle, ON, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple client priorities with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
