About the role
Position: Infrastructure Architect Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure solutions across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure architecture, create solution designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: · Design infrastructure solutions based on business and non-functional requirements. · Develop architecture artifacts, including infrastructure and Visio diagrams. · Lead design governance reviews and collaborate with technology stakeholders. · Design highly available and disaster recovery solutions. · Provide infrastructure architecture for Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware, and on-premises environments. · Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and risk standards.
Required Skills: • Deep understanding of system design, reading system design and workflow diagrams • High Availability and Disaster recovery design and deep knowledge • Visio Modelling • Multi-Cloud design and placements • Azure familiarity with zone and region designs • Network (LTM, App Gateway) and TLS Security understanding • Governance, Audit and Risk Assessment
Must Have Skills: • Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Onprem • Cloud and data center infrastructure design and solutioning • VMware Cloud
