What you’ll do
- Administrative & Operational Support : Prepare and distribute reports with a high degree of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately and responded to promptly. Coordinate delivery and logistics activities to ensure alignment across orders, shipments, and supporting documentation
- Financial Support : Process and track payments in line with established company procedures and controls.Provide support with account reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation for all related activities. Monitor and track outstanding items to support Accounts Receivable visibility and follow-up
- Office & Supply Management: Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, including kitchen and coffee station items. Ensure workplace supplies and resources remain stocked to support daily operational needs
- Team Support & Coverage: Provide coverage during vacations, absences, and peak periods to maintain continuity across business operations. Support the standardization of processes and contribute to improvements in administrative workflows
Who we’re looking for
- 3 to 4+ years of experience working with ERP or SAP systems, supported by strong computer skills
- Strong understanding of day-to-day business operations, including call and mail management, payment processing, office supplies, and general office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer-based systems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP or SAP systems is considered an asset
You’ll also need
- High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience in office administration or office management
- Experience working in a manufacturing or global business environment is considered an asset
- Availability to work on-site five days per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
