Experienced Home and Auto Insurance Professional 📍 Location: Stouffville, Ontario 💼 Full-Time 💰 Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 + Commission About the Opportunity We are seeking an Experienced Home and Auto Insurance Professional to join our highly engaged Distribution team. Our mission is to lead the industry in client engagement by delivering a trusted, seamless, and personalized experience. In this role, you will support clients with personalized home and auto insurance solutions while contributing to the profitable growth of the agency. What You’ll Be Doing Provide exceptional service and sales support for personal lines insurance products. Recommend coverage options tailored to clients’ home and auto needs. Prospect and cross‑sell additional insurance products and services. Conduct front-line risk assessments and follow underwriting guidelines. Complete required inspections or re-inspections when necessary. Achieve goals related to service, sales, quality, and productivity. Help strengthen long-term, multi-product client relationships. Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed. What You Bring A valid General Insurance License. Minimum 3 years of service or related business experience. Strong knowledge of home and auto insurance products. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service. A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team development. Ability to meet all provincial licensing and continuing education requirements. What to Expect Direct interaction with clients and service providers. Strict confidentiality requirements regarding personal and financial client information. Your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance may be required. A Criminal Record and Consumer History background check will be required for the successful candidate.
