JOB SUMMARY Ippolito Fruit and Produce Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing and Data Analyst to join our Sales team. In this role, you will support pricing accuracy, contract bid coordination, sales reporting, and margin visibility by working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting business decisions in a fast-paced environment. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to its growth, shape key processes, and help define how the position evolves over time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Prepare, update, and distribute daily and weekly pricing information. Maintain pricing files, customer price lists, contract pricing, and bid documentation. Support customer contract bids by gathering data, preparing pricing worksheets, tracking requirements, and maintaining bid history. Analyze costs, pricing, sales volumes, market conditions, and margin performance to support pricing recommendations. Run regular sales reports and prepare ad hoc analysis for sales leadership. Identify pricing discrepancies, reporting issues, data gaps, and process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to support accurate pricing execution. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in pricing, sales analysis, data analysis, finance, supply chain, customer support, or a similar role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, customer portals, or business intelligence platforms is considered an asset. Experience in food, produce, retail, wholesale, or consumer packaged goods is considered an asset.
