Inside Sales Associate
About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newmarket, ON, for an Inside Sales Associate. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. The Inside Sales Associate will perform tasks such as following up with potential clients, account management, and assisting in meeting sales targets. Effective communication and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions are essential aspects of this role.
Compensation
Base salary of $3,500 per month ($42k per yr) plus monthly performance bonus’ averaging $3,200 per month ($38k per year).
Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales, negotiation and achieving sales goals. Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and adept in using CRM tools or sales management software. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.
