Role Summary: The Billing/Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting daily transportation and warehouse operations through accurate billing, reporting, payment processing, and administrative activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency by coordinating warehouse documentation, managing customer inventory records, processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. The successful candidate will provide professional customer service, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure all administrative tasks, data entry, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while collaborating with both customers and internal teams.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Work Arrangement: On-site Position Type: Union Employment Status: Permanent Compensation: Hourly Rate: $24.76/ Hour Work Location & Environment: 1375 Kingsway Ave, Port Coquitlam, V3C 1S2 Office environment Key Accountabilities: In this role, you will: Daily tracking and reporting Provide warehouse load tender/sort documents/emails to OPS Billing for LTL transload accounts Warehousing data/spreadsheets/updating customers’ inventory Processing payments for our cash collect accounts Accounts payable/receivable Ability to answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner Maintain positive customer relationships Filing/photocopying and printing Qualifications We’re looking for someone who brings: Education & Experience: Previous administrative experience is a must Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Proficient in data entry Skills & Attributes: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload Attention to detail and accuracy is a must Ability to manage high volumes of data Ability to manage demanding workloads and meet deadlines as required Ability to solve problems, be inquisitive and have passion to resolve issues with little supervision Ensures all paperwork and daily activities are completed accurately and on time Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure, multi-tasked environment Reliable and dependable Have the desire to support all team members and be amenable to cross-train in all office activities How To Apply: If you’re interested in joining our team, please submit your application through our online career portal.
