Our client is an international fintech company building a modern payment platform that enables businesses to accept payments and send payouts across 100+ countries. Serving industries such as eCommerce, they develop secure, scalable, and API-driven payment solutions and are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the growth of their international merchant portfolio.
Location: Riga, Latvia
Employment: Full-time
Work model: On-site
Salary: €1,800–2,000 gross (depending on experience)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of B2B clients and partners. Working closely with the Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the collection and verification of corporate documentation, ensuring application packages are complete and accurate before they are passed to internal compliance and operational teams.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with documentation, communicates confidently with business clients, and has excellent attention to detail. We are open to candidates ranging from motivated juniors to experienced specialists, depending on their background.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the onboarding process for new B2B clients and partners. Request, collect, and organize corporate documentation from prospective clients. Review submitted documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Follow up with clients to obtain missing or additional information when required. Ensure onboarding files meet internal quality standards before handing them over to Compliance and other internal teams. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process. Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Communicate professionally with international clients throughout the onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation. Comfortable working with corporate documents and legal entity information. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously. Ability to communicate confidently with international business clients. A proactive, persistent, and self-driven approach to following up on documentation requests. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with PDF editing tools. Fluent English, written and spoken. Previous experience in onboarding, customer operations, document management, fintech, banking, payments, or other B2B administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory. Russian and Latvian are not required.
