What You'll Do
Sell and advise clients on Auto, Home and Personal Lines Insurance products. Understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service. Convert quality leads into new business opportunities. Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client value. Generate additional business through referrals and networking. Collaborate with our service team to deliver an outstanding client experience. Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with RIBO regulations and company standards.
What We're Looking For Valid RIBO Licence (Required). Experience in insurance, brokerage, insurance sales, or another customer-focused sales role is an asset. Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Passion for helping clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
Experienced brokers are encouraged to apply. Newly licensed RIBO professionals with strong sales potential are also welcome.
