All our job offers are open to people with disabilities. The Master Data Services (MDS) Operations Department brings together all functions related to reference data management for the Group. Data Management (DM) specializes in feeding and maintaining up-to-date databases covering security characteristics, prices, corporate actions, and portfolios. MDS is a cornerstone of CACEIS due to its multiple areas of focus (Static Data, Pricing, and Quality Control). As a transversal service, it contributes to all projects (regulatory, accounting, onboarding, etc.). Your Responsibilities Your main mission consists of handling the daily processing of operations managed within the Referential department, specifically: the creation, updating, and control of market data such as financial instruments (bonds: fixed/variable rate, hybrids, convertibles, etc.; equities, warrants, CFDs, futures, options…). Within this scope: You collect instrument details from financial information providers (Bloomberg, Six Financial, Reuters, Clearstream…). You input and update this data daily in dedicated databases (issue date, maturity date, first coupon date, calculation base, coupon schedule, etc.). You check the consistency and quality of information in these databases (using providers, in particular). You investigate, analyze, and resolve anomalies, such as downstream system blockages. You retrieve security events from dedicated databases and monitor corporate actions (mergers, dividend payments, detachment, etc.).\ You respond to requests from various stakeholders (accountants, clients…) via JIRAH and/or email. You manage data flows with financial information providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, Six Financial…) and collect market data for each type of instrument (prices, spreads, coupons, duration, sensitivity, etc.). You integrate and monitor the consistency, quality, and freshness of this data daily in CACEIS databases. You make the necessary data available for CACEIS activities: Fund Administration, Middle Office, Bank (Custody, PFS, FDS), Regulatory and Financial Reporting, Depositary Control, etc. You act as the key contact for our clients (internal or external) regarding market data collection issues.
