OneStream Administrator Location: Remote in USA/Canada Term: Long Term Contract
Role Summary Manage and support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, security, and operational performance of the OneStream platform.
Key Responsibilities • Administer user access, roles, and security groups. • Monitor application performance and system health. • Manage metadata changes, dimension updates, and workflow maintenance. • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. • Maintain application backups and migration activities. • Coordinate with infrastructure and development teams. • Provide user support and troubleshooting.
Required Skills • 5+ years of OneStream administration experience. • Knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes. • Experience with security management and workflow administration. • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills. • Basic SQL and database knowledge.
Preferred Skills • OneStream certification. • Experience supporting large global finance organizations.
