Role Description The Project Manager will lead and coordinate transformation and change initiatives for client organizations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project requirements, creating project plans, managing timelines and resources, and tracking progress against milestones. The role involves facilitating stakeholder meetings, communicating status updates, managing risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead multiple workstreams, management activities, and prepare clear documentation and reports. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON.
Qualifications PMP certified and past experience in the financial services sector. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. Experience with organizational transformation initiatives. Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations. Proficiency in project management tools and basic productivity software (e.g., MS Office, task tracking platforms). Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective professional relationships. Previous consulting or client-facing experience is an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
