Responsibilities
The design team on FXMod works closely with product, development and end users to translate product requirements into designs that the dev team can use to build the system. A day could involve heads-down work on design specifications, a research session with users to understand their needs and workflows, a brainstorming session with the product owners and spinning up a concept with an LLM.
Must Have Skills
3–5 years of relevant professional experience Undergraduate Degree Experience in visual design UI research experience Experience in Capital Markets Strong critical thinking.
Nice To Have Skills
A degree in HCI/UX/Graphic design preferred but not required
