Reporting to the Lead, Central Finance, the Central Finance Analyst plays an important role in supporting the global Central Finance function. This position will help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effective movement of financial data across multiple ERP systems into SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, the Analyst will investigate issues, analyze complex data sets, support process improvements, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Central Finance landscape.

This role is ideal for an individual who is curious, customer-focused, and eager to grow their technical and business knowledge. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to solve complex issues in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What You'll Do

Support the Central Finance strategy by assisting business stakeholders with mapping requirements and promoting standardized processes across multiple ERP systems Partner with IT and business teams to investigate and resolve data integration issues between source ERPs and SAP S/4HANA Analyze financial and system data to identify trends, root causes, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement Help develop and maintain processes, procedures, and documentation to support Central Finance operations and data governance Participate in projects related to system enhancements, ERP implementations, software upgrades, master data changes, and process improvements Assist with maintaining reporting solutions, dashboards, data models, and performance metrics that support business decision-making Support testing activities for system changes and enhancements to ensure data accuracy and business requirements are me Build strong working relationships with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to provide timely support and exceptional customer service Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, data quality, and process effectiveness Complete ad hoc analysis, reporting, projects, and special assignments as required

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, ERP Support, or a related field Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar platforms is considered an asset Experience with SAP Central Finance, financial data integration, reconciliations, or master data management would be considered an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems, processes, and business requirements quickly Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools, including strong Excel skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and identify root causes rather than treating symptoms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn and develop new skills
