The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Leader who brings both strong technical expertise and practical, solutions-focused thinking. This role is more than reporting numbers, you’ll be a key partner to our operational teams and senior leadership, helping translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive better business decisions.

Wage and Perks of the Job
- $65,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications

What You Bring to the Table
- CPA designation (or actively pursuing) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in a multi-entity or hospitality environment
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting
- Advanced proficiency with accounting systems, POS platforms, and reporting tools

- A strong critical thinker who can analyze results, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge assumptions
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
- An effective communicator who can translate financial data into clear, practical guidance for non-financial teams
- Experienced in leading, developing, and motivating teams in deadline-driven environments
- Committed to service excellence - you treat internal stakeholders like clients and make it easy for them to get what they need
- Professional, accountable, and grounded in integrity
Your Days Will Look Like
- Partner with operational leaders and senior leadership to provide clear, actionable financial insights that support decision-making
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and challenge assumptions where appropriate
- Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance across multiple entities
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning processes
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial clarity and alignment with business goals
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture
- Promote a service-oriented mindset within the team, ensuring responsive, high-quality support to internal stakeholders
- Navigate ambiguity and dig into complex or unclear issues to drive resolution
- Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in all outputs
