The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Position Details What You Will Do Reporting to the AVP, the Director - Affinity and Group Markets is responsible for leading the organization’s affinity insurance and group benefits business, including carrier relationships, product growth, and profitability.
Lead affinity and group business growth strategies Manage relationships with carrier and strategic partners Support product development and distribution initiatives Oversee group benefits coordination and servicing Monitor profitability, retention, and growth metrics Develop new business and partnership opportunities
Who You Are
5–10 years of experience in affinity insurance, group benefits, partnerships, or financial services Strong commercial and relationship management skills Experience with budgets, growth initiatives, or P&L accountability Experience with group benefits, digital insurance, or carrier management is considered an asset Exposure to life and health insurance markets is considered an asset
