The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies. Respond promptly to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments. Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
