About Us Neek Coating is establishing Canada's first dedicated pharmaceutical-grade blister foil printing operation, based in Calgary. As the Canadian branch of an established international foil packaging manufacturer, we're building the infrastructure to serve Canada's pharmaceutical manufacturers with GMP-compliant, offline variable-data printing.
About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations as we scale. You'll own accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting — keeping our books accurate and our leadership informed as the company grows.
Responsibilities Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, and receipts Prepare regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, annual) Manage accounts payable and receivable Process payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Strong organizational and analytical skills; high attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a growing organization Canadian Citizen or PR required
