Bilingual Automotive Leasing Specialist (English and French Required)

Compensation: $50,000-52,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

What You'll Do As a Bilingual Lease Maturity Specialist, you will provide outstanding service to customers and business partners while supporting the lease maturity process from start to finish. You will collaborate with internal teams, communicate with customers by phone and email, and help ensure every lease conclusion is handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional lease maturity experience for customers and business partners. Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email. Process lease maturity requests, inspections, and customer documentation. Review lease returns for payment status and applicable lease conditions. Support lease buyout and lease extension requests. Assist with quality assurance activities and resolve inspection discrepancies. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers. Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment. Contribute ideas that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Fluent in both English and French, written and verbal. 1 to 3 years of customer service or administrative experience. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with leasing, automotive services, or Salesforce is considered an asset. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
