We're looking for someone like you to provide excellent customer service through communicating the claims process and creating expectations that lead to peace of mind and confidence for the policy holder. WHAT MOVES YOU You enjoy working with a dynamic team while having the opportunity to share your knowledge, decision making and expertise confidently. You not only have a way with people; your communication is top-notch both verbally and written. New challenges and daily tasks? No problem! You excel at juggling your day, by prioritizing, planning and organizing your tasks in a fast-paced environment. You're not only an ace problem solver, you have an eagle eye for detail, and you’re pretty good at thinking fast on your feet. You understand that sometimes all a person needs is empathy – and you’ve got that in spades. Delivering exceptional customer service is your priority. WHAT YOU’LL DO Report to the Supervisor, Claims Care Team. Answering and responding to claims inquiries, claim intake and managing each claim to closure through various channels. Responsible for rental management, total loss and cash settlements, processing payments, subrogation, and some administration tasks. Adhering to the claims handling practices in accordance to company policies and procedures. Ensure claims handling practices adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU’VE DONE You have a high school diploma. You demonstrate service excellence. You have excellent telephone and computer skills. Your ability to communicate is equally matched by your excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism. You have a willingness to pursue ongoing education within Insurance.
