Experience and knowledge of data warehouses and cloud environments, particularly AWS. Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and write high-quality user stories. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to data quality, accuracy, and compliance with related policies and procedures.

Preferred qualifications include experience with building and validating queries in AWS RedShift, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of the lending or financial services domain. Demonstrated informal leadership through influence and collaboration will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance data capabilities supporting Customer Management Solutions business domains. Analyze, triage, and refine backlog items into clear, actionable user stories and requirements. Support backlog prioritization and process automation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments. Validate and test data and solutions, including reconciling queries to ensure accuracy and completeness. Partner with team members and domain stakeholders to uncover underlying needs and identify opportunities beyond initial requests. Facilitate problem-solving and solution discussions, fostering alignment and continuous improvement. Plan, prioritize, and deliver work within agreed timelines, balancing scope, dependencies, and tradeoffs while adapting to change. Ensure a high standard of quality prior to product release, maintaining rigorous testing and validation processes.
