PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER
About the role
Position
We are C.J. Campbell Insurance, and we are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. We are a mid-sized insurance brokerage and highly experienced group of individuals that provide our clients a relationship brokerage experience. The qualified individual will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain and work closely with an experienced Account Executive to grow an established book of business.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to the existing book of business Work with Account Executives to coordinate, support plans, discuss arising issues and create comprehensive plans for existing clients Communicating with policyholders and handling all requests Informing clients about new products Preparing invoices and collecting premiums Responsible for preparation of insurance forms
Specific Requirements
Must have a Level 1 Insurance license Minimum 2 years insurance experience Other insurance licenses or designations will be considered an asset Solid understanding of policy wordings/coverages Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment Strong communications and comfortable working in a service focused environment
