Our FI client is looking for a Performance Marketer (Manager level) to join their team. This will be 3x per week onsite downtown Toronto. This will be 12+ months, fulltime hours per week.

The Media Performance Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing Programmatic Display and Video campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI.

You will: Execute and optimize Programmatic Display and Video campaigns across platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk. Manage audience targeting, inventory selection, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign pacing. Monitor and improve campaign performance against KPIs including conversions, acquisition, and revenue growth. Leverage first-, second-, and third-party data to build high-performing audience strategies. Support budget management, forecasting, and media investment optimization across multi-million-dollar campaigns. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Stay current on industry trends, emerging channels, identity solutions, and measurement best practices. Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and brand governance requirements.

Skills needed: 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Programmatic Display and Video. Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk. Proven success managing data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, attribution, incrementality measurement, and performance reporting. Experience with ad verification tools and audience data platforms.
