Key Responsibilities Video & Motion Design Concept, storyboard, design, and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, investor presentations, product demos). Create short-form social videos, brand trailers, explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and event content. Develop motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects aligned with brand standards. Edit video footage, enhance audio quality, add captions, and optimize content for multiple platforms and formats. Brand & Visual Design Design visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, pitch decks, social media, email, and website assets. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints. Create templates and visual systems to scale content production efficiently. Collaborate with leadership to visually articulate our positioning and value proposition. Content Strategy & Collaboration Partner with marketing, product, and business development to translate strategic initiatives into visual campaigns. Support investor communications with polished video and motion assets. Advise on video-first storytelling strategies to increase reach and engagement. Optimization & Iteration Analyze engagement metrics (views, retention, click-through) to refine video content strategy. Continuously test formats, pacing, hooks, and visual styles to improve performance. Stay current on video trends, motion design techniques, and platform best practices. Desired Skills & Qualifications Design & Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated UI elements. Ability to storyboard concepts and bring them to life independently. Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio fundamentals. Experience producing content optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and web platforms.
