YOUR ROLE:

Prepare and review service proposals that effectively address client needs while aligning with internal strategic priorities;

Support professionals in executing their business development strategies;
-
Serve as an internal resource for best practices related to proposal development and business development;

Contribute to the optimization of processes, tools, and best practices;
-
Assist management in the development of new strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-
College or University degree in communications, business, or a related field;
-
Solid experience in a similar role within a professional services environment (e.g., law firms, accounting firms);
-
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written;
-
Clear and effective communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities;
-
Outstanding writing skills and experience in drafting service proposals;
-
Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage priorities.
