At Kluane Drilling, we're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our leadership team in Whitehorse, Yukon.

This role offers more than traditional accounting responsibilities. You will work directly with operational and corporate leaders across an international drilling business, helping drive financial performance, strategic decision-making, and continued growth.

What you'll do: • Lead the accounting and finance function for our Canadian operations • Prepare financial statements and management reporting • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations • Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance • Coordinate audits and year-end processes • Drive continuous improvement across finance operations

What we're looking for: ✔ CPA (or working toward designation) ✔ 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience ✔ Strong analytical and leadership skills ✔ Experience in mining, construction, industrial, or multi-entity environments is an asset ✔ A proactive professional who enjoys contributing beyond the numbers
