You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team responsible for billing and cash applications. You will be involved in the processing of all billing activities in compliance with established service level agreements ensuring compliance with all Operations and Finance controls, policies and procedures.. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in payment processing, communication and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Billing. You Are: Detail Oriented. You will ensure accuracy in all aspects of your position. Adaptable. You can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of documents efficiently. A Problem Solver. You possess strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise You Will: Efficiently process high volumes of checks, credit card, ACH and wire payments received into SAP. Communicate professionally with other OPENLANE departments to resolve concerns with inbound payments Collaborate daily with Team Lead, Sales, Dealer Services and Finance ensuring SLA’s are met Monitor and follow up with Email and Salesforce inquiries regarding payment status and vehicle release status. Accurately maintain data in SAP, V1, and Salesforce. Perform other tasks assigned by Manager Must Have’s: 2-3 Years of experience in billing and cash applications High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and stay organized Ability to clearly communicate both internally and externally Nice to Have’s: Bilingualism in English & French would be considered an asset Previous auto industry experience Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce & SAP Sound like a match?
