At Sener, we are delivering some of the region's most complex and innovative infrastructure projects. We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team in Riyadh, supporting a major 8-year PMC Rail project.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the project's financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely invoice processing, payment monitoring, and compliance with company procedures and Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation in accordance with company procedures and audit requirements. Manage and maintain the project accounting system, ensuring accurate financial records and dedicated project accounts. Review and verify partner invoice proposals and supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements. Prepare and submit client invoices in accordance with approved Task Orders and Saudi regulations through the SAR Vendor Portal. Monitor invoice approval workflows and follow up to ensure timely processing and payment. Monitor project payments, collections, and cash flow activities while supporting the Programme Manager with financial matters. Manage the Consortium's bank account, including banking transactions, reconciliations, and partner transfers. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projection analyses to support project planning and decision-making. Support the GCC CFO with financial monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. Collaborate with internal teams, consortium partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient financial operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. Experience in financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing. Experience maintaining accounting records and supporting audit requirements. Knowledge of financial controls, banking processes, reconciliations, and financial forecasting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Saudi Nationals are preferred. Experience working within international engineering consultancies or joint venture/consortium environments. Knowledge of project accounting and financial forecasting.
