About the role
Job Summary Provide accurate bookkeeping and accounting support to maintain financial records and assist with month-end and year-end processes. Prepare and organize financial documentation to support reporting, audits, and operational needs. Number of Positions 9 Main Duties Maintain general ledger entries and perform regular bank and account reconciliations. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections follow-up. Prepare payroll calculations, remittances, and maintain payroll records as required. Compile data and assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budget schedules. Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance by preparing schedules and gathering required documentation. Assist with internal and external audits and implement accounting procedures and internal controls. Requirements Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field. Minimum one year of practical bookkeeping or accounting technician experience. Proficiency with computerized accounting software and spreadsheet applications. Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, standard accounting practices, and month-end procedures. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and maintain organized records.
