Agile Wealth Management is looking for an exceptional Junior Wealth Manager to join our growing team.
This is not a sales position.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about financial planning, enjoys solving complex client problems, thrives in a technology-driven environment, and is eager to join a collaborative wealth management practice.

What you'll do Your role will focus on three primary areas:
Financial Planning
You'll become deeply involved in building and delivering sophisticated planning strategies for our clients. This includes:
Running planning campaigns and project workflows Data mining and analysis Building and refining planning systems and agentics Preparing client-specific strategy papers Coordinating recommendations across planning, investments, tax, insurance and estate planning Producing and presenting client Financial Planning Snapshots With the intellectual framework already developed, you’ll help run client-specific touchpoints that vary the client experience every year, while encouraging relevant, straight-forward, and valuable proactive client servicing. Assistant Investment Advisor
Working alongside our Portfolio Manager, you'll help keep client portfolios moving efficiently by:
Managing cash and debit balances Preparing bulk order sheets Obtaining verbal client consent for money movements Processing Know Your Client (KYC) updates Coordinating investment administration Portfolio management and security selection remain the responsibility of our Portfolio Manager; however, we strongly support professional growth, and we're happy to expand responsibilities where aptitude and interest are demonstrated.
Client Relationship Specialist Our clients should feel like they have their own dedicated family office.
You'll become the primary day-to-day contact for many client interactions by:
Managing client pipelines and follow-up Attending prospect meetings as the relationship coordinator Responding to incoming client emails and voice mails Handling routine planning and investment inquiries Coordinating internal workflows across our team Our goal is to build the type of client experience you'd expect from a boutique professional practice. What we're looking for
Minimum qualifications: ✔ CFP® designation ✔ CIRO licensed (with CIM or CFA level 1 min) ✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) ✔ Comfortable learning and building new technology platforms ✔ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication ✔ Self-starter who thrives in a virtual work environment
Round Two of our interview process includes a case-study-based assessment of Microsoft Office technology and wealth/planning knowledge.
At least one professional reference must specifically speak to your ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional assets:
Insurance licence Experience within integrated wealth management Interest in systems, workflow design and process improvement
A note about business development We are not looking for advisors who intend to build a separate personal book of business or investment fund while working with our firm. If your long-term goal is to operate independently, this position likely isn't the right fit.
If you already manage client assets and are interested in integrating those relationships into our firm, we're open to that discussion. We recognize the value of existing client relationships and are prepared to structure appropriate non-solicitation exclusions for any legacy clients that are brought to the firm during onboarding.
Salary Range
$60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
