About the role
Transactional Analyst – Procurement Operations (Bilingual) Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3+ days onsite) Duration: 12-month contract (extension up to 18 months) Key Responsibilities Execute procurement transactions in SAP ECC/S4 HANA. Create and maintain reports, KPIs, trackers, and dashboards. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations. Perform data analysis and maintain procurement master data. Support procurement process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement and vendor-related issues. Must-Have Skills Bilingual English & French. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Strong Advanced Excel skills (candidates will complete an Excel assessment). Experience with Power BI dashboard development. Practical knowledge of VBA and/or Power Query. Experience creating reports, KPIs, dashboards, and trackers. Experience participating in process improvement, automation, or standardization projects.
