Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Manager to support a growing supplier-managed business portfolio within the Technology & Operations organization. This role is responsible for managing strategic supplier relationships, leading vendor negotiations, overseeing contract execution, ensuring governance and compliance, and optimizing supplier performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to drive operational excellence, mitigate risk, and ensure supplier engagements align with organizational objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong vendor management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and experience working in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Manage assigned supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle. Lead vendor negotiations and support contract execution, renewals, and amendments. Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, TSAs, and BPAs. Ensure compliance with supplier governance, risk management, outsourcing, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain vendor management programs and supporting documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supplier strategies with business objectives. Review supplier performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Manage supplier invoicing, billing, reconciliations, and budget tracking. Prepare financial reconciliations, attestation certificates, and quarterly management reporting. Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning for supplier arrangements. Identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities to improve vendor performance. Produce dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for leadership. Provide subject matter expertise on supplier management processes and policies. Support change management initiatives related to supplier programs. Build strong cross-functional relationships across business units and external suppliers. Mentor and cross-train team members when required.

Required Technical Skills 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Management, Third-Party Management, Procurement, or Contract Management. Experience managing supplier relationships within large enterprise environments. Strong experience negotiating supplier contracts and service agreements. Knowledge of vendor governance frameworks, outsourcing models, and compliance processes. Experience managing SLAs, TSAs, BPAs, and supplier performance metrics. Financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and invoice management experience. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience creating executive reports, dashboards, and presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Preferred Skills Postsecondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline. Experience within the Financial Services industry. Previous experience supporting enterprise vendor management programs. Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, analysis).

Nice to Have Experience with Coupa. Experience using Microsoft Copilot or AI productivity tools. Previous experience with large banking organizations. Experience working within Technology & Operations environments.
